Whether you come to us for a divorce, a prenuptial agreement, a "Marriage-or-Divorce Agreement" or business partner dissolution, you receive communications coaching and information about your legal rights in a neutral setting during your sessions and assistance in completing legal-related forms. At RELATIONSHIPS THAT MATTER, LLC, we value individual capacity to effectively resolve differences. 

Through mediation, you become empowered to voluntarily reach agreements around issues that matter and differences that separate you so you both gain, whether you choose to continue the relationship or elect to dissolve it. At RTM-Mediates, we structure the dialogue in ways that maximize the outcomes.  Guiding the parties in developing behaviorally specific written agreements then serve as the bridge between the structured conversation to life beyond mediation.  No two relationships are the same and we believe that your agreement should reflect your own beliefs and circumstances, not necessarily matching what others may choose to do. 

Parties in mediation not only resolve conflicts but, oftentimes and more importantly, restore relationships (that matter).

RTM Fee Schedule & Cancellation Policy

• $90.00 Non-refundable Administration Fee PER PARTY.
• $180.00 Per Hour PER PARTY, preparation and meeting time, for 2-party mediations.
• $475.00 per hour in Mediations with more than 2 parties, divided equally between the parties unless advised otherwise.
• 2 hour minimum charge.
  
• Development of agreements  and court-related forms (pre-marital, marital settlement and business partner dissolution) provides a one-stop service center approach (separate fees apply).

• RTM Mediators are available to travel to your location.
• There is no charge for travel for full day mediations held inside San Diego County.
• For half-day mediations held inside San Diego County, travel time is billed one way.
• For travel outside of San Diego County, appropriate travel expenses apply
• There are no travel charges for matters conducted in any of our affiliate offices (Kensington, El Cajon, Escondido or La Jolla).

Cancellation Policy as of January 1, 2008

• Administration Fee is non-refundable.
