Debra Dupree is the owner, founder & President of Relationships That Matter. She is a Conflict Interventionist and expert in relational interaction and maintenance, fostering improved organizational communication, and aiding individuals and couples to better understand their communication by increasing their potential to succeed. Debra prides herself on keeping current, relevant, and timely in her teachings, therapy practice and coaching. Her work with Relationships That Matter provides much needed service to clients trying to balance and manage conflict at home and at work.

Debra celebrates more than 20 years of success in San Diego as a therapist, coach, trainer/speaker, and mediator, licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (MFT 23250) since 1986. She is an approved provider of selected insurance networks.

She is an active member of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (CAMFT) and its local San Diego Chapter. Debra is prominent in activities related to Family Court Services and the Superior Court Mediation Panel of San Diego.
